144Hz monitor dropped to 60Hz after updating

After the latest update my 144Hz monitor is running at 60Hz. My other screen is fine. It was working before. Where do I even change this?

GlouOS Settings > Display Configuration, pick the monitor and bump the Refresh Rate dropdown back to 144. Sometimes a mode resets after a driver update. If 144 is not listed, unplug and replug the cable once and it usually comes back.

Found it, it was sat on 60 for some reason. Back to 144 now, thank you.
